Shipping Policy

Important Note

Order before December 1st to ensure your package arrives in time for Christmas. We offer a standard delivery time of 10 business days, but please note that delays may occur during the holiday season. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days; however, once shipped, delivery times are beyond our control. Please note that we are not responsible for late packages on orders placed after December 1st.

Delivery Times

Estimated Delivery: 8–10 business days (usually within 10 business days)
Processing Time: 1–3 business days for dispatch

All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse abroad in partnership with our supplier.

Please be aware of potential delays due to holidays and strikes. Since most orders fit through the letterbox in many countries, you usually don’t need to be home for delivery.

Address Information

Please ensure you provide accurate information at checkout. Enter a real and complete first and last name (not a company name). Incomplete or incorrect details may lead to customs inspection, delayed delivery, or even loss of packages, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Once we have shipped your package (within 2 business days), we cannot make any changes to the address.

Customs Costs

We cover all customs fees, so you won’t face unexpected charges.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in line with our Refund Policy.
