Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Bellucci. We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely happy for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Return Period

You have a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your package. Please ensure your return is dispatched within this time frame.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale, with all original tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items: We do not provide refunds for sale items. These may only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.

1+1 Offers: Both items must be returned together. Refunds or store credit cannot be issued if only one of the items is returned. Exchanges for size or colour are possible; if you wish to exchange only one item, return that item and retain the other.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on your courier and country of return.

Processing Time

If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will begin processing it immediately. Once your return is received at our warehouse, we process refunds or exchanges within 10 working days. You will be notified once your refund has been processed. Refunds may take up to 3 working days to appear in your bank account.

Occasionally items may be damaged during shipping or production. Please email support@bellucci.com with a photo of the defect. Our team will assist you quickly to resolve the issue.

What if I want to return after the 14-day period?
Returns must be initiated within the 14-day period. In the unlikely event this is not possible, we may offer an exchange or store voucher. Please contact our support team to discuss your options.
